Andre Oupoh Week 4 "The Gallery"- The Warm Up with Niki and Smush

Andre starts his workouts with a warm up before actually hitting the court with basketball pro drills. Every warm up is never identical, you never know what to expect from a warm up and/or a training session with Andre except that you will definitely get a well worthNBA and pro workout.

We start with pro athletes and NBA/WNBA hoopers Smush Parker and Niki Avery. Then we hit the courts with Rell Watson, John "Skip" Hawthorne, Niki Avery, Smush Parker, and new comer but well known on Pro athlete Miliani Malik.
