Dennis Calik 1st few training sessions w/Andre Oupoh

 

These are just some of the 1st few training sessions of Dennis with Andre Oupoh from IMNEXT fitness.  Andre has been advising Dennis on his strength and conditioning, basketball skills, eat habits, and helping Dennis with other general personal challenges.  Dennis has changed tremulously and is getting physically and mentally stronger.  Dennis nanny came out for the some of the festivities with Dennis and Dre.

Jose and Andre Oupoh- Basketball Training Session

Personal Fitness and Athletic trainer Andre Oupoh from IMNEXT fitness is here training Jose for basketball. Andre also focus on a lot of strength and conditioning during his training sessions with Jose. Jose was only in NYC for a few weeks he originally from Mexico. Jose will be taking the skills that learned from Andre back to Mexico with him while he starts to JHS and becomes the star for his basketball team.

DAY2-

Featuring David "DC" with Personal Fitness and Athletic Trainer Andre Oupoh

David "DC" attends HS in Long Island and currently plays on his JV team at school. DC hopes to tryout for his Varsity team with the training and conditioning provided by Andre Oupoh (IMNEXT). These photos are all from the Day 1.....and there's more to come :-)
